I Won’t Silent About…Police Brutality

 

What have we learned from the outpouring of grief and support for George Floyd, Breanna Taylor, Amhaud Arbery,  Michale Clark, Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland, Richard Collins, to name a few. ONLY a few of the many that have suffered because of senseless police brutality?

LESSON 1: We must hold bad cops accountable while continuing to support good police officers. 

LESSON 2: We must bring in-depth awareness of bad policing and police misconduct by educating the public through improved policies and procedures.

LESSON 3: We must change the narrative on police brutality and police misconduct while bridging the gap between the community and law enforcement.
